Sadhan Verma, the CEO of NBICT LAB, is a data science instructor, educational content creator, infotech instructor, and entrepreneur. He founded the North Bengal Information and Communication Technology Laboratory (NBICT LAB) in Dinajpur in 2018. Mr. Verma has six years of experience in the ICT training profession. He is also an online instructor at the NBICT LAB YouTube channel. He has trained over 300 teachers from many universities, over 1500 undergraduate students, and 400 postgraduate and Ph.D. students in SPSS, Excel, R, and Python.

Since 2017, He has been running and directing an ICT training project for students and teachers at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU), Dinajpur, Bangladesh. He completed the Bachelor of Science program at the Faculty of Fisheries, HSTU, in 2016.

While he was completing his graduation at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU), Dinajpur, Sadhan Verma, currently the founder of NBICT LAB, felt the limitations and scarcity of IT skills development programs at the campus. He took about four years during his graduation in biological science to become a self-learned IT expert. Meanwhile, he taught PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel, web development, etc. Friends, juniors, and seniors were his learners at the beginning. He brought an ICT Training Project named BCE ICT Training Program for the students and employees of HSTU in 2017. On 08 April 2018, Sadhan Verma founded the North Bengle Information & Communication Technology Laboratory (NBICT LAB) at Dinajpur. Today, NBICT LAB is a rising information technology training, services, and research organization.
